ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1) Overall responsible for business development,

• 2) Appointing Distributor and Coordination with Consultant

• 3) Sales and Services management,

• 4) Team handling and planning and executions their task through them.

• 5) Training and Marketing.

The company is importing ingredients and machinery for the Chocolates, Coffee, Bakery, Icecream, Gelato and Frozen yogurt industries from Pomati, Bezzera, Toper, Bongard, Iceteam 1927, Gelmatic, Babbi, Ponthier & Felchline brands.

Role & Responsibilities : Taking care of after sales service for the machinery brands and sales and support for Ingredients, Staff training, Vendor development, Assign of distributor, Client support.

Company provide Chocolates, Praline Fillings, Pie Fillings and Glazes, Ice Cream Flavours, Stabilizers, Icecream Ingredients, Toppings and Decorations, Frozen Fruits and Purees, Bakery Mixes etc

ROLE: Supervision for sales, service, AMC, machine maintenance. Train to the service engineers.
Provide service for installed machines and maintain AMC. Quality check of vendor services.
Handle the spare planning and purchase schedule.

The world’s first patent machine for automatic sundae vending machine (Softy vending machine) which is an Australian based client that is Softreat Pvt. Ltd.

ROLE: Involved in the installation, repair, and maintenance of Ice-Cream vending machines across Australia. Machine up-gradation and analysis to add new features. Train to Australian client’s employees.

Indian branch of Italian company.

ROLE: Installing and repairing different types of Carpigiani equipment (pasteurizer, batch freezer, blast freezer, storage freezer, display freezer, slush machine). Supervision to the service team. Provide support to the client to solve queries.
Arrange the activities for import spare parts from Italy. Incharge of AMC machines. Implement documentation for the machine (Quotation, invoice and maintain account summary of the client).

Providing services for commercial kitchen equipment.

ROLE: Install and maintain imported commercial equipment i.e. display machine, storage freezer, negative and positive temperature machine, griller, fire range, fryer, oven, ice cube machine, dish, and glass washing machine, etc.
Attend the client to resolve their queries.

The company provides food and beverages on the aeroplane.

ROLE: operate and maintain various machine parts such as AC plants, switches, water pumps, AHU, FCU, water boiler, water treatment plant (WTP), Freezer, cooler, ice cube machine.
